Meet Dr. Paris

Hi Y’all! I’m Dr. Paris Anton and I’m a proud follower of Christ, a wife, and a mom. I am a doctor of occupational therapy and graduated with honors in 2023. Over the last few years I’ve received specialized training and have expertise with functional movement patterns, pelvic floor health, pediatric development, bodywork techniques, and exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy.

In February of 2024 my husband, Alex, and I welcomed a beautiful baby boy into the world and we are expecting our second boy in October of 2026! As a mom, I’m passionate about advocating for and empowering children and women in all stages of life.

I also have an extensive background in sports including rugby, jiu-jitsu, crossfit, and gymnastics which fuels my passion for functional mobility and corrective exercise. My goal is to be able to provide extraordinary care during the process of evaluation, goal setting, and intervention to curate an individualized plan that optimizes client outcomes.
